What are Contact Cards?

Contact Cards are digital business cards displayed to renters on their booking confirmation pages and in emails. They include your staff contact information so renters know exactly who to reach out to.

Creating a contact card Go to Contact Cards in the sidebar. Click + New Card. Fill in: Name, Role/Title, Phone, Email, Photo (optional). Click Save.

Where they appear

Contact cards are shown: On the customer's booking detail page In booking confirmation emails On the storefront "Contact Us" section

Multiple contacts

Create as many cards as you need (e.g. one per staff member, or one per location). All active cards are shown to renters.

FAQ

Q: Can I have different cards for different listings or locations?

A: Not yet — all active contact cards are shown to all renters. Per-listing contact cards are on the roadmap.
