Renter list
Go to Contacts in the sidebar to see all customers who have made a booking or inquiry. Each row shows: Name and email Total bookings Total spend Last booking date
Renter profile
Click any renter to see their full profile: Contact information All their bookings (with status) Identity verification status Notes
Adding a note
Open a renter's profile and type in the Notes field. Notes are only visible to admins.
Filtering and searching
Use the search bar at the top of the Contacts list to find a customer by name or email. Filter by booking status to see, e.g., all renters with active rentals.

Q: Can I export the renter list?
A: CSV export is on the roadmap. For now, use the booking analytics export.
Q: Are customer accounts shared across tenants?
A: No — each tenant's customer list is private and isolated.
