Q: How do customers find my storefront?
A: Share your storefront URL directly, list on the OutdoorShare Marketplace, or embed listing widgets on your existing website.
Q: Can customers create accounts on my storefront?
A: Yes — customers sign up with an email and password. Their account stores their booking history, payment methods, and profile.
Q: What does the customer see after booking?
A: They receive a confirmation email and can view their booking status and documents on the My Bookings page of your storefront.
Q: Can customers leave reviews?
A: Customer feedback can be collected through the Feedback module. Public reviews on the storefront are on the roadmap.
Q: Is the storefront accessible (ADA/WCAG)?
A: We follow best-effort WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. Full accessibility audits are in progress.
Q: Can I add custom pages to my storefront?
A: Not yet — custom static pages (About, Contact, FAQ) are on the roadmap.
Q: How does the storefront handle time zones?
A: Booking dates are stored in UTC. The storefront displays times in the browser's local time zone.
