Understand the difference between Owner and Staff roles and what each can access.

Available roles

OutdoorShare has two admin roles:

Owner / Admin Full access to all features: All booking management actions Listing creation and editing Settings, billing, and Stripe configuration Team management (invite/remove members) Promo codes, claims, analytics

Staff Operational access: View and manage bookings View listings Send messages and documentation links View analytics

Staff cannot access: Settings Billing and Stripe Team management Business profile changes

Changing a member's role Go to Team in the sidebar. Click the member you want to edit. Change their role from the dropdown. Save.

FAQ

Q: Can a staff member see other staff members' accounts?

A: Staff can see the team list but cannot manage it.

Q: Can I create custom roles?

A: Not yet — custom RBAC (role-based access control) is on the roadmap.
