Move your operation with a plan, not a guess
Onboarding starts with your existing rental process. Work with the team to map your catalog, booking rules and day-to-day handoffs before directing renters to a new storefront.
Inventory what you already run
Collect your active listings, prices, availability rules, locations, add-ons and agreements. Identify upcoming bookings and any processes that currently live only in staff notes or spreadsheets.
Decide what information needs to move, what can be archived and which work needs manual review. Do not assume a universal one-click import from every prior system.
Configure and verify
Set up the storefront and operator workspace, test representative booking durations, checkout, notifications and pickup steps, then check staff access before directing real customers to the new flow.
Onboarding assistance depends on the plan and your setup. Discuss scope, timing and any custom work with the team before committing.
Prepare the cutover
Assign an owner for catalog checks, existing reservations and customer communication. Run a real-world test with your team and keep the previous records accessible according to your retention needs.
